HAMILTON HAWKS INITIATION PROGRAM
Hawks Initiation Program is a beginner’s hockey program for girls ages 4 and up.
The Hawks Initiation Program is an introductory program that ensures the participant’s first experience in hockey is a fun and positive experience. The Hawks program follows the Hockey Canada Skills development Series and is instructed by Community Sport and D1 trained coaches.
The program focuses on building hockey fundamentals by developing basic skills such as skating - forwards and backwards, shooting, passing and stick handling and most importantly building the players confidence. The program runs for 10 weeks, beginning in October at Inch Park. Date and time of the sessions will be updated at the beginning of September.
